All goods can be returned if unopened unused and in original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING for returns?
If the product has been supplied incorrectly, RatedR will cover the cost of return shipping. If the product was ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are not covered and a maximum 10% handling fee will apply.

CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be made via the method that payment was made. If the customer prefers, a credit note can be raised on their account for future purchases. If a refund is requred for issues that are not the fault of RatedR, then the full amount minus a maximum 10% handling fee will be refunded.  If a store credit is requested the full amount less the original cost of shipping the item will be credited to the customers account.

Packing materials?
Products will only be accepted back if in original undamaged packaging and sent in reasonable protective material.
